Job hiring in technology sector is the highest hiring activity in Indonesia (MichaelPage, 2021) and mobile engineer, for the iOS Developer demands will be growing to 22% around 2019-2029. Although the job is there, to land a job is not easy. According to a study, 9 of 10 candidates failed in the technical interview as it is a tough process. The failure was commonly found due to weak of the fundamentals and the inability to communicate the answers. If a person who has interview experiences are struggling, how about the candidate who has not any experiences before?

Research conducted through in-depth interview with experts and candidate (fresh graduate or career-switcher) who are applying for jobs. The most common respond from candidate was they were worried in the interview that made them stuck, and they have no clue on what to prepare regarding the interview questions. Afraid what they already studied were not being asked. In the other hand from the experts (interviewer), they were most disappointed with candidate that were not able to communicate or explain well from the questions they asked.
